The Man from Caversham and Hong Kong

Small World

sunny 34 °C

On the plane, was sat next to a Tasmanian guy, born in Caversham who was coming back from hols in Switzerland and Derby! Small World!
HongKong is much larger than we expected. Kowloon definitely better to stay than Hong Kong city. Views of the harbour were amazing, just like you said Dave! People really nice and friendly. Hotel very central. Went to Lantau Island yesterday up cable car to visit Giant Bronze Buddha and ye olde fishing village on stilts. Walked amongst the skyscrapers and then settled on Kowloon viewing deck to watch the light show. This morning enjoyed a leisurely cruise around the harbour and now we're off to Brisbane!

Advice needed - how do you get rid of swollen ankles???? :-(
